In her own practice, Ingrid’s pursuit of growing her own vidyā, or correct knowledge, grounds her; offering students immense value through additional practices such as deep-tissue massage, guided hikes, and Reiki energy healing.
Her individualistic approach to teaching means every student receives undivided attention, compassion, and patience regardless of their level of fitness. It is her hope that the care she shows them will instil unyielding love and create an atmosphere of acceptance in every class.
Ingrid's focus is on connecting breath with movement, bringing mindfulness into her teaching. In order to take what one has learnt on the mat and integrate that into everyday life, she combines pranayama, asana and meditation to create an atmosphere of inner peace, compassion and self-love, achieving balance and harmony in the mindbody.
Through her own practice, Ingrid shares her wisdom on a vast array of yoga styles, postures and breathing techniques that enhance mindfulness to deepen meditation and introspection, so that her clients are fully supported on their holistic journey.
